As an accounting assistant at Svensk Cater, the main focus is on supplier invoices. You will be responsible for invoices from both Örebro and Östersund, ensuring they match purchase orders and handling any questions that may arise. In addition to accounts payable, the role includes work with accounts receivable, bookkeeping of card transactions, and other administrative handling in the financial systems Navision and Medius. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in financial work within an established organization and contribute to the smooth functioning of the finance function during the summer.

Your main tasks will include:

• Managing supplier invoices for Örebro and Östersund
• Answering invoice queries
• Bookkeeping transactions from card terminals in Örebro
• Monitoring accounts receivable

• Is studying finance at a post-secondary level
• Has experience in similar tasks is an advantage
